Frequently asked, plainly answered.

What is your minimum order quantity?
One full 40' refrigerated container — roughly 24 tons or 22,000–24,000 nuts depending on size. For first-time buyers we accept mixed-format containers so you can trial more than one packing style.
How fast can you ship?
Production lead time is 7–10 days from order confirmation. Sailing time is 30–45 days from Cat Lai depending on destination port. Add 2–3 days for documentation and customs.
What is the shelf life after arrival?
60 days from packing under continuous cold chain (2–5°C). Most customers receive product with 25–35 days of usable shelf life remaining, depending on destination.
Can I use my own brand on the labels?
Yes. Private-label and custom-printed shrink film, laser engraving, and carton artwork are standard. Minimum 1 container per design.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (30% deposit / 70% against shipping documents) is our default. L/C at sight is available for repeat buyers and on volume above 5 containers.
Do you provide samples?
Sample cartons (1–2 nuts per format) ship within 5 business days via DHL or FedEx. Air freight cost is at the buyer's account; nut cost is on us for first-time enquiries.
